Trying to figure out the life long question “How was school today?” to your kids is like trying to tell them there use to be life without video games and tv….But maybe there is a new approach to this old school technique.
(and hopefully the below GIF is not something they learned, even though it is pretty nifty)
Some of my favorite from the list at http://www.huffingtonpost.com/liz-evans/25-ways-to-ask-your-kids-so-how-was-school-today-without-asking-them-so-how-was-school-today_b_5738338.html are…
- 12. If an alien spaceship came to your class and beamed someone up, who would you want them to take?
- 24. If you could switch seats with anyone in the class, who would you trade with? Why?
And there are even better ones, so try it out and see what you can get outta those little mouths!
