Since I officially have announced my retirement from soccer last year, I always wanted to stay fit but at the same time do the BARE MINIMAL as well…feel me?

Well after having shoulder surgery, and still recovering and being limited to little/none workout programs, I found a solution to keep adding on the years to my life….

I found an article at http://www.theindychannel.com/news/running-5-minutes-a-day-might-add-years-to-your-life  and well, this has taken the king of laziness….so check out what exactly I call “lazy running” and what bare minimal effort you have to do to reap the rewards.

So even though you might only need a few minutes to improve your health, I would still recommend maybe trying to punch out a mile next time on the treadmill…Happy Trails!
