Journalism Group Provides High School Students Opportunity to Learn Craft

The Indianapolis Association of Black Journalists (IABJ) is holding a Summer Multimedia Workshop for high school aged students June 22-28 at Butler University. This workshop is an opportunity for teens to learn print and broadcast journalism, social media, backpack journalism and public relations disciplines from this city’s media professionals and top-flight media professors in a residential collegiate setting. IABJ president and veteran print journalist, Leisa Richardson, shared the details including the quickly approaching June 13 application deadline with “Access Indy” host/producer Kim Wells.
